Fra\u00eecheur exceptionnelle, acidit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et saveurs d\u00e9licates de grande intensit\u00e9 d\u2019agrumes, de citronnelle et de rose. Elles sont compl\u00e9t\u00e9es par les p\u00e9tales de rose caract\u00e9ristiques et les ar\u00f4mes \u201clocoum\u201d du Moscho filero. Bouche propre avec une forte touche finale citronn\u00e9e.

Il a une couleur paille brillante avec des nuances verd\u00e2tres et un ar\u00f4me de fruits m\u00fbrs tels que la poire, la mangue et les agrumes. En bouche, les riches saveurs d\u2019\u00e9corce de citron rehaussent l\u2019attrait de la bouche. Un vin moyennement cors\u00e9 avec une acidit\u00e9 moyenne et croustillante et une finale bien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e.
Appariement des aliments: Fruits de mer, volaille, plats de p\u00e2tes avec des sauces l\u00e9g\u00e8res et du pesto, salades fra\u00eeches, cuisine m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne et asiatique, sushi et sashimi.

Typiquement croquant en bouche, avec une acidit\u00e9 piquante et un caract\u00e8re min\u00e9ral.

Nemea est une r\u00e9gion situ\u00e9e \u00e0 115 km au sud-ouest d'Ath\u00e8nes. Elle est mieux connue gr\u00e2ce au c\u00e9l\u00e8bre exploit d'Hercule, l'extermination du terrible lion qui habitait la r\u00e9gion, connu sous le nom de \"Lion de N\u00e9m\u00e9e\". En outre, au pays de N\u00e9m\u00e9e, il r\u00e9gnait selon la l\u00e9gende, le fils du dieu Dionysos (dieu du vin), qui a fond\u00e9 une ville qui portait son nom, Fliounta.<\/p>\n

N\u00e9m\u00e9e \u00e9tait appel\u00e9e Agios Georgios, du nom de l'\u00e9glise byzantine homonyme d'o\u00f9 le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre c\u00e9page - Agiorgitiko - a pris son nom. La zone de production est assez \u00e9tendue, allant d'une altitude de 200 m\u00e8tres \u00e0 850 m\u00e8tres. La plupart des vignobles de la r\u00e9gion sont constitu\u00e9s par des pentes. Le climat de la r\u00e9gion est le climat m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en typique, avec une temp\u00e9rature annuelle moyenne de 17o C, et une pluviom\u00e9trie annuelle moyenne de 750 mm.
